02 - All the Blues (and a Game of Tetris)

I accidentally played Tetris in a swimming pool today.
Not on my phone. Just… just with the tiles.
I went swimming because I had too much on my mind—the usual spiral of tabs, searches, and overthinking. So I left my phone behind and got into the water, hoping things would quiet down.
While floating, I started noticing the tiles. All blue, but not the same blue—some lighter, some darker. Sunlight streamed through the water, shifting everything. Blues turning into gradients, shadows becoming shapes. Arranged in neat little grids, they started to look like Tetris blocks.
And suddenly, it clicked.
So there I was, floating, mentally rotating tiles, trying to “fit” them together. Fully invested. No screen required.
It made me realize how so much of what we see digitally already exists around us—just quieter, slower, easier to miss.
Maybe we’re all just recreating what we’ve already seen, somewhere outside the screen.
Anyway—
that’s all for today.
See you here, in my corner of the internet again.
Kindest regards,
Aditti
